Still getting the boat ready

We're still hard at the projects on Regina Maris. Included are a few pictures to give you an idea of the chaos we are working to overcome. We're still shooting for a mid-Nov departure - sometimes it looks feasible and other times it seems impossible. Everything takes sooo looong to get done on the boat. We have a couple of fairly major tasks in front of us still, but we're beginning to get to the organization/provisioning part of the job.
As you can see below, she's still floating in spite of the tonnage we're adding to her in equipment and supplies.

We (meaning me in this case, but only because I am inept at stowing and organizing things in a way that they can be found when needed) still have to install the new charger/inverter (gives us AC power on board from the batteries) and install the email part of the SSB (long distance) radio. Mary Beth has started the organizing/stowing job and she promises to make a map of the boat for me so there is some chance I can find something when I need it. The real question for her is: will I put it back where I got it or invent a new place where it will never be seen again? I like keeping her in a slight sense of suspense/anxiety - she's way too calm and collected usually.
Our current thinking is that we will bring the boat back to NC next summer and that allows us to eliminate some of the large quantities of items we don't think we will be able to get while cruising which in-turn frees up some space for other items. That said, it will be tight and she will be heavy.
In the pictures below you can see the state of the poor boat. Underneath it all you do glimpse a glimmer of the potential - the new cushions for example - but the detritus of boat projects continues to dominate our decor.
